Junior Risk Administrator Bellville
Our client is looking for a Junior Risk Administrator to support the firm’s Risk function by assisting with risk and compliance administration, maintaining risk registers and related documentation, coordinating risk processes, and supporting internal controls and governance activities across the business.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification (completed or in progress): BCom (Risk/Finance/Audit), BAdmin, LLB, or similar (advantage).
- 1–2 years’ experience in risk/compliance/internal audit/admin within professional services or a regulated environment.
- Strong Excel skills (filters, pivots, basic formulas) and confident with MS Office.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage trackers and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining the enterprise risk register (updates, evidence collection, version control).
- Support periodic risk assessments (workshops, questionnaires, collation of inputs, action tracking).
- Track and follow up on risk treatment plans, control improvements, and overdue actions.
- Assist with incident reporting: logging, categorisation, basic analysis, and documentation of corrective actions.
- Support monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs) and basic reporting (dashboards/pack compilation).
- Maintain governance documentation (policies, procedures, control matrices) and ensure review dates are tracked.
- Assist with third-party / supplier risk admin (questionnaires, document collection, onboarding packs).
- Support internal audits and assurance activities (request lists, evidence packs, action logs).
- Help coordinate regulatory/compliance-related attestations and annual declarations (where applicable).
- Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly risk reports to management/committees.
- General admin support: meeting coordination, minutes/action logs for risk forums, and document management.
