Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Developer to support business growth within the security and technology solutions industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting company solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies focused on growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or solution recommendations
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Organize and coordinate training sessions for clients to improve product and solution understanding
• Respond to client inquiries regarding company products and services
• Promote the company’s products and solutions to prospective clients
• Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
• Coordinate internal resources for client training, proof of concept (POC), site visits, and related activities
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to encourage continued use of company products and solutions
Requirements:
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth
• Experience in CCTV, security, or related sales environments
• Strong understanding of security solutions and related technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Project management abilities
• Technical understanding of security solutions and client requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for business development and growth
