Job Summary
My client is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and grow a nationwide sales function in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment.
This role is about ownership and scale. You’ll define and execute national sales strategy, lead regional sales leaders, and work closely with executive stakeholders to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client experience.
You’ll build high‑performing teams, use data to guide decisions, and create a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership and regular national engagement.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, and seeing the direct impact of their work across a large, distributed team.
Skills & Experience:
Proven senior sales leadership experience (national or regional level preferred)
Strong track record of building, coaching, and leading high‑performing sales teams
Experience developing and executing sales strategies at scale
Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capability
Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence
Commercially astute, resilient, and comfortable operating under pressure
Tech‑savvy with solid MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to travel nationally
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field (advantageous)
