This is a pure business development role focused on growing the client base through active prospecting and relationship building. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution offerings
- Maintain accurate sales activity reporting and pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure service excellence
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a sales-driven environment
- Strong face-to-face sales experience is essential
- Background in Courier and Freight sales will be a distinct advantage
- Proven hunter mentality with solid cold calling and business development experience
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Assertive, confident, and self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
