Our client, a leading retailer of premium computer hardware and accessories, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants to join their Tygervalley and Canal Walk stores. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology who enjoys helping customers find the right products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities• Welcome and assist customers in-store.
• Recommend suitable PCs, laptops, components, peripherals and accessories based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays and stock levels.
• Handle customer queries, returns and after-sales support professionally.
• Stay up to date with current technology, product specifications and promotions.
Minimum Requirements✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Previous retail sales experience
✔ IT, computer hardware, electronics or technology retail experience advantageous
✔ Good understanding of computer hardware, laptops and peripherals
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Target-driven and sales focused
✔ Professional, well presented and reliable
✔ Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
