Job Summary
Qualification- Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)
- 2 - 5 Years experience as Internal Sales Admin within the technical manufacturing industry
- Experience in supply chain administration and purchasing processes.
- Computer literacy on ERP system such as Syspro
- Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage
- Compile reports and spreadsheets to assist the Internal Sales
- Department
- General Internal Sales administration and filing duties
- Provide support to the sales department
- Check purchase order accuracy and process orders and Job Cards
- Assist with the preparation of Tender Documentation
- Work on customer portals to monitor requests for quotation, submit quotes, receive orders
- Assist with preparation of monthly expected sales reports.
- Assist with preparation of monthly Cost of Sales reports.
- Obtain transporter quotations based on sales enquiries for costing purposes
- Prepare the monthly material payments listing
- Prepare the monthly goods-in-transit listing
- Generate foreign supplier purchase orders on the ERP system
- Prepare monthly purchase order reporting
- GRN materials once received, on an ad hoc basis
- Report on transport costs, trends and material movements on an ad hoc basis
