Job Summary
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our elite support squad, you will:
- Provide excellent customer experience through technical support.
- Support customers fully in all questions regarding our product via telephone and email (inbound).
- Act as the interface between the customer and various departments.
- Utilize consistent troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Follow escalation procedures as required.
- Liaise with team leaders to enhance day-to-day customer experiences.
- Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Passion for technology.
- Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
- Retail or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
