Our client in the Printing Industry is looking to hire a Senior Office Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities • Daily reports drawn for various processes • Daily Petty cash management and report to HQ end of month • Customer liaison (email and telephonic) • Quotations • Management of documents in process • Follow-up of various documentation in process • Adhoc tasks as required • Stationery and offices purchase from suppliers • Management of company cars (services / tyres / licences) • Ensuring fuel and travel logs are completed and submitted to HQ weekly
Requirements
Skills • MS office (Excel / word) • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Great Client Liaison skills
