Job Summary
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- P&L and financial management – forecasting, EBITDA, variance management, sales and profitability.
- Multi-unit operational excellence – ensuring consistent execution across approximately 25 QS restaurants.
- Leadership and talent development – coaching and developing with a strong focus on succession and future leadership capability.
- People and culture – leading a workforce of approximately 800 employees and creating accountability, resilience and high-performance teams.
- Compliance and standards – labour, COGS, health & safety, audits and operational compliance.
- Strategic growth – identifying opportunities to improve performance and supporting the broader growth strategy of the business.
- Regional leadership – extensive travel across the assigned territories, requiring someone comfortable managing a geographically dispersed operation.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of senior multi-unit operations leadership, although experience does not necessarily have to be within QSR. A BCom or similar degree is preferred, together with strong commercial and financial acumen and a demonstrated ability to lead a large workforce.
