Job Summary
A South African pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, and distributes prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications is seeking a Digital Experience and Analytics Manager who will focus on developing and optimizing the company's digital ecosystem to maximize consumer engagement and marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and maintain Austell’s consumer brand digital ecosystem.
Website & UX Management: Optimize brand websites and landing pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
SEO & AEO: Drive traditional SEO and optimize for emerging AI answer engines (AEO/GEO).
Analytics & Reporting: Build Looker Studio dashboards and analyze GA4, GTM, and Search Console data to deliver actionable insights.
Conversion Optimization: Execute A/B testing and user-journey analysis to improve campaign performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, website management, SEO, or data analytics (consumer health/FMCG preferred).
Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO/Digital Marketing certifications (advantageous).
