Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business and Systems environments Experience in: Business Analysis and Analytics Business Relationship Management Software Development Broad technical exposure within the mining industry At least 3–5 years’ management experience (advantageous) Postgraduate qualification in IT or related field (preferred) Job Description Summary Lead and manage application support teams, including full employee lifecycle and performance management Oversee application portfolio delivery aligned with business and technology strategies Drive application strategy, lifecycle management, and technology adoption Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs Ensure governance, compliance (SOX/RACM), and application risk controls Lead and coordinate application-related strategic projects and innovations Monitor system performance, drive continuous improvement, and optimise application functionality Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into effective technology solutions
