Position Overview
We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Skincare Therapist to join our Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in Advanced Skincare Treatments, Body Treatments, Laser Technology, and Massage Therapy, and commits to delivering exceptional client results and service. The therapist performs professional treatments, conducts consultations, recommends skincare products, and maintains the highest standards of hygiene and client care.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Somatology (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent preferred)
- Certification in Laser Hair Removal
- Certification or training in Cryolipolysis treatments
- Training in Sports Massage
- Training in Aromatherapy Massage
- Advanced skincare certification preferred
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Advanced Skincare
- Experience with aesthetic technologies (Laser Or Body Contouring)
- Proven experience performing Massage Therapies and Waxing
Client Consultations
- Conduct professional skin consultations and skin analysis
- Develop customised treatment plans for clients
- Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment benefits
- Provide detailed before and aftercare guidance
Skincare Treatments
Perform high-quality skincare services including:- Advanced Facials
- Deep Cleansing Facials
- Chemical Peels
- Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
- Hydrating and corrective skincare treatments
Body & Technology Treatments
- Cryolipolysis (fat freezing / weight loss treatments)
- Laser Hair Removal treatments
- Body contouring and skin tightening treatments where applicable
Massage Treatments
- Sports Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
Hair Removal
- Professional Waxing services (face and body)
Retail & Sales
- Recommend professional skincare products
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets
- Promote treatment packages and skincare solutions
Clinic Operations
- Maintain clean and hygienic treatment rooms
- Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Ensure accurate client records and treatment notes
- Assist with stock control and product inventory
- Maintain professional presentation of the clinic environment

Compensation
Basic Salary: R8 000 – R12 000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission Structure
- 8% commission on retail product sales
- 5% commission on treatment revenue
