Matric (Grade 12) with numerical skills
Excellent attendance and reliability (proven track record)
Min Typing of 20 WPM
Numeracy / Arithmetic / figure skills
Excel L1, Word L1
BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One – two years admin experience
SKILLS:
- The ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills with good telephone manners
- Excellent team player
- Accuracy with attention to detail
CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:
- Open contributions post from CEFCO daily
- Date and checking returns to ensure they are accurate. (Dates, Members, Hourly Rates etc)
- Phone companies for any missing information
- Handle basic email correspondence
- Reconcile and check short / overpayments and follow up
