About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide professional financial planning services across risk, investment, and wealth creation strategies. You’ll take ownership of building and managing client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving consistent business growth. This role offers full autonomy within a supportive structure, making it ideal for individuals motivated by performance and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses
Provide advice on risk products, investments, and long-term financial planning strategies
Maintain and review client portfolios on an ongoing basis
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Participate in ongoing training, development, and practice initiatives
What You’ll Bring
RE5 (Regulatory Examination for Representatives) – completed
NQF Level 5 qualification in a relevant financial field
Proven experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles
Strong understanding of financial planning principles
FAIS compliant or working towards compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
High levels of professionalism and integrity
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
Existing client base or book of business
Experience across risk, investments, and wealth planning products
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
