Job Summary
Our Client in the Beauty and Wellness Industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Spa Therapist to their team based in Humansdorp.
Requirements:

Relevant 2–3 year accredited Health & Skincare qualification.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Spa Therapist.

Strong administration and organizational skills.

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
-
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
-
Mature, responsible, and target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and skincare services.

Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and compliant with hygiene standards.

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
-
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.

Support spa sales targets through service excellence and product knowledge.

Assist with bookings, scheduling, and basic administrative duties.

Uphold spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
-
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive spa environment.
