[synerjy.io] Minimum Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or 360 recruitment within the SaaS / IT / Tech recruitment space Must have agency recruitment experience Offshore recruitment experience will be beneficial Stable work history with consistent tenure in previous roles Experience in outbound prospecting (calls, email outreach, or similar) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working to daily activity and performance targets Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Job Description Summary Business Development Identify and reach out to prospective clients within target sectors Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline using CRM tools Book meetings with decision-makers (HR / Talent Acquisition) Support conversion of conversations into live recruitment opportunities Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progression [synerjy.io] Candidate-Led Outreach Support candidate introductions to create client engagement Work alongside delivery teams to align candidates with client needs Present candidates clearly and professionally to support business development [synerjy.io] Client Interaction Build professional relationships with new clients Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout interactions Represent the business professionally across calls and written communication [synerjy.io] Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams to support pipeline activity Provide updates on meetings, pipeline progress, and outcomes Keep CRM systems updated daily with all activity [synerjy.io] Performance & Activity Expectations This role operates in a structured, activity-led environment, with daily expectations including: 60–100 outbound calls per day Approximately 2.5 hours of talk time per day 30 new prospects added to the CRM daily 30 outreach sequences/actions per day [synerjy.io] Performance is measured by: Meetings booked Pipeline growth Conversion into recruitment opportunities and placements [synerjy.io] Performance Targets: Performance is structured in two phases: an initial ramp-up period followed by ongoing expectations.
