Personal Assistant to Managing Director – Bryanston – Corporate Wellbeing Industry
The Opportunity
If you enjoy supporting a busy leader, keeping work flowing, and being part of a company that cares about people, this role is for you. You will work mostly from home, with some travel to Bryanston and client sites across Johannesburg. You will earn R20 000 per month, and you will grow your skills in leadership support, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role gives you the chance to work closely with a Managing Director, learn how a wellbeing and culture consultancy runs, and be part of meaningful work that helps people in workplaces across South Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day workflow.
Handle emails, communication, and meeting requests on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate client events, wellness programmes, and leadership workshops.
Prepare agendas, reports, notes, and follow-up actions.
Support communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or project support role.
Strong organisational skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage time well.
Good with MS Office or Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for travel across Johannesburg.
