What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with both in-person and virtual consultations

Handle all follow-ups quickly and professionally

Keep client information accurate and organised in the CRM

Deliver a consistent, premium service before and after every consultation

Maintain strong grooming, presentation, and communication standards

Work closely with the team to help hit monthly conversion goals

Bring energy, discipline, and a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Get

R20 000 basic salary (Negotiable)

Earning Potential: OTE ±R40 000 per month (basic + commission)

Who You Are

4–5 years’ experience in sales or client-facing roles

Professional, well-presented, and confident with communication

Strong time-management, following processes and staying organised

Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
