Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the CCTV, security & technology industry. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, installers, and control rooms, and assist with the onboarding.

Responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support for CCTV and security systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Conduct remote diagnostics and report down sites
• Onboard new clients and set up new sites
• Install, configure, and test CCTV software and applications
• Liaise with installers, control rooms, and clients
• Perform system checks, workstation clean-ups, and site variations
• Maintain accurate technical logs, spreadsheets, and documentation
• Prepare status and feedback reports
• Follow up on outstanding technical issues daily
Minimum Requirements
• Must be PSIRA registered
• Experience in CCTV, IT support, or electronic security
• Basic knowledge of networking (advantageous) , IP cameras, and CCTV platforms (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer service ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Computer literacy essential
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
