We require the services of a Receptionist to join the team in a fast paced and energetic environment.
The successful candidate will manage the front desk receptionist and related duties, switchboard, serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
As the Receptionist you are the heart of our team’s business operations and the first point of contact our clients / members have with us. An individual with an upbeat, energetic, positive, mature and professional attitude is required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
3+ Years administrative experience
2+ Years working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
Matric
Experience in managing of switchboard
Experience in clocking systems would be advantageous
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Excellent on Excel (Not negotiable)
Excellent people skills
Excellent Client Services
Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Bi-lingual (understands and speaks English and Afrikaans)
Presentable
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of Personalities
Ability to handle requests, work effectively in a fast-paced Environment, and to be responsive to customer requests / service issues
Fast learner
