EVENT ANALYST

A well-established security company is seeking an experienced Event Analyst to join its professional monitoring team. If you have experience in the security, alarm monitoring, or call centre industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities

? Monitor and acknowledge all incoming alarm signals within required response times.

? Analyse signals and implement each client's Positive Incident Response Plan when required.

? Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.

? Maintain professional radio and telephone communications.

? Monitor and respond to social media communications.

? Perform system health checks across monitoring platforms.

? Manage emails, telecommunications, shift reports, and other administrative duties.

? Ensure accurate record keeping and maintain a neat, professional workstation and control room environment.

✅ Minimum Requirements

✔ PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade E) ⭐ Grade C or B will be advantageous

✔ Previous experience within the security industry (Alarm Monitoring/Control Room/Call Centre)

✔ Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)

✔ Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills

✔ Own reliable transport

✔ Clear criminal record

✔ Sober habits

✔ Willing to undergo a pre-employment polygraph examination

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
