Job Summary
Technical Support (CCTV) - Durban – Fixed 3 Month Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relevant technical experience when dealing with equipment such as: (Electronic security equipment – from CCTV, Alarm and Access Control) - relevant product knowledge of either or Regal/ Hikvision / Dahua
- Maintain CCTV systems
- Action faults and installation requests - hardware / software
- Onsite technical support
- Reporting on the status of CCTV Control systems (understanding technical operation and troubleshooting)
- Mobile application support
- Assessing customer support needs
- Attention to detail
- Case notes
- Good aptitude for learning new products and systems
MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years working experiences in security industry / CCTV
- Matric
- Have great experience in creating, developing and managing relationships with customers.
- South Africa citizen
- Strong analytical ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Have own available vehicle and valid drivers' license
- Strong team spirit
- Have worked with people who have different culture background
