Job Summary
Coordinate all activities related to skills development programmes and learnership.
Assist with learner recruitment, selection, registration, and onboarding.
Ensure all SETA documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed.
Develop and manage training schedules, calendars, and implementation plans.
Monitor attendance, progress, assessments, and learner performance.
Communicate with learners, facilitators, assessors, and moderators.
Prepare reports, records, spreadsheets, and evidence for audits.
Organise venues, logistics, learning materials, and equipment.
Track POEs, assessor feedback, and workplace learning evidence.
Support accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Maintain professional communication and customer service with stakeholders.
Submit weekly progress updates to management.
