2. Implement and manage Best practices

9. Analyze areas of concern and create remedial action plans to improve in these areas.

12. identify areas where costs can be reduced.
13. Research current trends and future trends with regards to Procurement, ensuring that best practise is maintained.

National Finance Manager

This role will assist with leading a large finance team and report into the Head of Finance, while offering high level exposure across all divisions in the business. The incumbent needs to be able to manage and build a team of finance professionals in order to optimize the internal finance processes to enable operational efficiency.

Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
• Creating KPI reports
