Join a thriving farm specializing in wine grapes, stone fruits, vegetables, and seed production. We're looking for a reliable, driven individual to lead operations and help grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage farm teams and daily operations Oversee spraying, irrigation, and fertilization schedules Plan and implement new production blocks Leverage technology to improve efficiency Motivate and support workers while fostering strong relationships.
