Job Summary
Supports the Cost Estimator in preparing cost estimates, pricing jobs, and coordinating production requirements. This is a junior role with a strong focus on learning and development within a production/print environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma or relevant qualification (advantageous)
- Strong numerical ability
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word)
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Advantageous
- Exposure to costing / estimating
- Experience in production / manufacturing / print environment
- Experience with QuickEasy or similar system
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of cost estimates
- Support costing and pricing of jobs
- Capture and maintain job data and records
- Assist with supplier quotations and purchasing
- Liaise with internal teams (production, admin)
- Maintain accurate documentation and processes
