Where You'll Make an Impact
Respond to membership inquiries, assist with applications, renewals, and new member onboarding.
Maintain accurate membership records and manage databases efficiently.
Support the planning and coordination of organizational events, including registrations and attendee communications.
Upload events onto the website and various event platforms, ensuring seamless access for participants.
Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and basic promotional activities.
Schedule and prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings, including taking minutes and circulating action items.
Provide essential administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Ensure organizational records are accurately maintained and documents properly filed within Google Drive.
Coordinate bookings, obtain quotations, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and event coordination.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
