Improving workforce systems, including time and attendance reporting and payroll integration.
Taking ownership of the development and implementation of a centralised Document Management System.
Providing sound HR guidance and support to management and employees.
A post-matric qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Demonstrable experience or strong exposure to HR and legislative compliance.
Sound knowledge of employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
Experience in Occupational Health & Safety, COIDA and Employment Equity.
Exposure to onboarding, training, recruitment and performance management.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The confidence to engage with employees and management at all levels.
Fluent English is essential; isiZulu proficiency, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
You are organised, detail-oriented and proactive. You can manage competing priorities, work independently and confidently navigate sensitive employee matters. You enjoy improving processes, identifying potential risks and turning policies into practical solutions.
If you are ready to take ownership, make an impact and play a key role in shaping effective people and business practices, we'd like to hear from you!
