We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Contracts Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end coordination across procurement, logistics, sales, and financial administration within a dynamic and high-volume operational environment.
This is a critical role that sits at the heart of operations—ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle for procurement & sales
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, & transport bookings
- Oversee sales orders, invoicing, & credit note processes
- Monitor stock levels & ensure continuous supply to operations
- Handle disputes, claims, & reconciliations
- Ensure accurate & timeous reporting across all operational areas
- Supervise & support operational and weighbridge staff
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant degree or strong, proven experience in a similar role
- 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG, agricultural commodities, or food production environments
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and contract management
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy
