Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Relationship Management
- Utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory.
2. Strategic business development- Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint.
3. Customer Advocacy:- Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
4. Market Intelligence:- Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required, , diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, preferred
- A valid Driver’s License and a willingness to travel within the assigned Representative Area.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in Sales roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
