Processed Cheese Supervisor – Queenstown, Eastern Cape
We are seeking a highly experienced Processed Cheese Supervisor to lead the slice-on-slice cheese department in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role carries full accountability for production outputs, quality standards, team performance, and compliance, reporting directly to the Production Manager – Cheese.
Main Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent, minimum 5 years’ experience in processed cheese manufacturing (including supervisory experience), extensive technical knowledge of slice-on-slice cheese production, relevant Food Technology/Dairy Processing qualification (NQF 4+, NQF 5+ advantageous), strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 v6, HACCP principles, and high-care manufacturing environments.

Operational Leadership, Food Safety & Quality Compliance, Performance & Cost Control, People Management & Development, Stakeholder & Customer Interaction.
