Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Qualified Artisan with relevant Trade Qualification
- LSS Yellow Belt | Lean Practitioner or equivalent certification will be advantageous
- Proven 2 to 3 years' experience as a Foreman
- Must be able to lead a Milling Maintenance team through preventative and corrective maintenance ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Able to optimize plant asset management and foster a high performance culture
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes
- Facilitate training and development
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule
- Must have contactable references
- Able to provide pay slips on request
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Salary Package, based on experience
