Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator to join their engineering team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. If you have a strong finance administration background, creditors experience, and a knack for keeping things organised, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile creditors and assist with day-to-day accounts administration.
Verify, process, and maintain employee time cards.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with payroll administration and HR-related duties.
Maintain employee records and confidential documentation.
Provide general office and administrative support.
Liaise with operational staff regarding financial records and documentation.
Support the Financial Manager with ad hoc finance duties.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Relevant Finance or Accounting qualification.
3–5 years of finance administration experience.
Previous creditors experience.
Experience working in an engineering environment.
Proficiency in Pastel or similar accounting software.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Completed Pastel course.
Fluent in Afrikaans.
Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
A financial tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
