Our client is a well-established provider of occupational health and on-site medical services. They support corporate and industrial clients across South Africa with workplace clinics, medical surveillance, and wellness solutions. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage the full financial function, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

• Ensure tax, payroll, and statutory compliance

• Control costs and support profitability across clinics and services

• Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proven experience in financial management and reporting

• Strong budgeting and cash flow management skills

• Solid knowledge of South African tax and compliance

• Ability to manage and lead a finance team

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CA(SA), CIMA, or similar qualification is an advantage

• Experience in healthcare, services, or multi-site operations preferred
