Develop, implement and embed a change management framework ensuring
adoption, education and a greater understanding of the management of change
across the organisation.
? Be an ambassador for change, championing process change and cultural change.
? Build strong relationships with Human Capital, Learning & Development and Business
leaders to facilitate the effective management of change.
? Developing training programmes that develop problem solving, decision making,
influencing, persuading and communication skills.
? Engaging and developing senior leaders in leading change.
? Ensure that changes are implemented in a manner which ensures that all employees
feel valued and appreciate the new solutions.
? Manage communication of changes into the wider business which improves
engagement and change acceptance.
? Ensure that the effects of changes are monitored using targets and key performance
indicators in order to identify successes and areas where further changes need to be
made.
? Deliver effective change management support to ensure that change is successfully
embedded and benefits delivered in all departments and functions of the
organisation.
