Accountant Stellenbosch
Our property investment client in Stellenbosch Cape Winelands is looking for an Accountant with 5+ years plus property development property investment experience. You will manage and maintain accurate financial records for the investment company and/or its funds/portfolios, ensure compliance with South African statutory and tax requirements, and assist with budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Salary: Market related

Minimum Requirements
- BCom Accounting / Finance (or equivalent).
- 5+ years accounting experience (investment management, asset management, private equity, or financial services preferred).
- Experience with IFRS, reconciliations, and monthly reporting cycles.
- Exposure to investment instruments and transaction flows (advantage).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; Power Query/Power BI advantageous).
- Accounting software experience (e.g., Sage, Xero, Pastel).
