VACANT POSITION – Bookkeeper/Debtors Recreation Africa Leisure Industries (PTY) Ltd. Requires the services of a full function Bookkeeper/Debtors. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located at Misty Hills Conference Centre & Spa at Muldersdrift. Requirements: Supervise full debtor’s function and invoicing. Must have an Accounting Diploma or Degree, from a reputable institution. Relevant Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience up to Trial Balance. CIMSO experience will be an advantage (Inn Keeper) or Hospitality Software. The strong ability to supervise a team and be in a position to meet deadlines. Bank reconciliation experience and Cashbook processing. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage. Strong analytical skills, detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised using own initiative. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Excellent organizational, planning, prioritizing and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment.
