Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, experienced Group Finance Director to join a growing organization in the education industry. This is a senior role for someone who can take full ownership of financial strategy, reporting, and performance.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years’ experience in a Financial Management role
- Completed CIMA or SAICA articles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management or BCom
- Strong experience in:
- Financial modelling
- Strategic planning
- Financial reporting
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Willing to travel occasionally in and around Bloemfontein
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group financial strategy and planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Manage and improve reporting processes
- Provide strategic financial input to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance and financial governance across the group
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Salary:
- Negotiable (Cost to Company)
