A well-established hotel group based in Sea Point, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across its portfolio and ensure the group’s continued financial performance and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements. Manage financial risks, cost control, and investment strategies. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions. Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls. Support senior management in strategic financial decision-making. Requirements: Qualified CA(SA) with a BCom in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years’ experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance regulations. Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems. Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. At least 3 years’ post-qualification commercial experience .
