About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading automotive group, we are seeking ambitious, detail-oriented, and energetic Junior Financial Admin Trainees to join their centralized Administrative Hub based in Silverton, Pretoria.
This is an incredible opportunity for young, motivated school leavers or entry-level candidates looking to launch a long-term career in financial management within the vibrant motor sector. You will undergo structured, hands-on training to learn, develop, and upskill yourself across various core financial administration processes, supported by an experienced corporate finance team.

Working Hours & Environment
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (Occasional Saturday morning support may be required based on group operational needs).
Environment: Fully office-based at the central Administration Hub in Silverton, Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities & Training Areas
Financial Administration Training: Learn and assist with daily financial transactions, invoicing, payment allocations, and ledger updates.
Reconciliations & Reporting: Gain hands-on practical experience in performing supplier and debtor account reconciliations.
Data Capturing & Accuracy: Capture financial records and administrative documentation accurately into the group’s enterprise software.
Inter-Departmental Support: Collaborate with branch management and administrative teams across the group to ensure smooth financial workflows.
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in internal training sessions and upskilling initiatives within the financial division.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate is strictly essential, with Mathematics or Business Economics as passed subjects.
Driver's License & Transport: Must possess a valid South African Driver’s License AND have access to reliable own transport.
Residency: Must reside within an acceptable, daily commuting distance from Silverton, Pretoria (Please note: Relocating applicants will NOT be considered).
Target Demographic: Young entry-level job seekers / school leavers eager to establish a career in motor industry finance.
Systems Knowledge & Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and strong mathematical/numerical aptitude.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
Strict Legal Requirements
Please Note: Due to the financial and sensitive nature of this role, the following criteria are non-negotiable. Background screening will be conducted on all shortlisted candidates.
Must be a South African-born citizen with a valid South African ID.
Must have a clean criminal background (Candidates with a criminal record will not be considered).
Must have a clear ITC (financial/credit history) with no judgments or defaults.
