We are looking for an experienced Customer Service / Client relations Supervisor / Manager who resides in Limpopo or come originally from Limpopo and would like to return to join the Office of a Government client that has a leg in Pension funds / Retirement funds.
In charge of the operations management within the office
Supervise provincial and branch admin processes
Risk and compliance management of the office
Stakeholder relationship management
Be involved with the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives
Attend to staff training and development
Must reside in Limpopo or originally come from Limpopo and wants to return permanently
Must have a valid drivers' license - please attach a certified copy when applying
Valid and completed Matric
Clear criminal record
No credit listings
A relevant completed degree and 4 years' customer service managerial experience, of which 2 years' must be on a supervisory level
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent English communication and able to communicate in official language of Limpopo
Knowledge of Employee benefits
Knowledge of Client relations management
Knowledge of Government Employee Pension services and products
Project management knowledge and skills
Retirement fund industry knowledge
