Duties:
Approve all payments and expenses across multiple companies
Manage cash flow and asset control
Ensure statutory tax submissions and compliance
Oversee cost control and operational costings
Report to CFO and sector MDs
Manage debtors and creditors
Conduct cost and management accounting for all South African entities
Hold costing meetings with management
Research cost efficiencies and purchasing improvements
Perform due diligence for acquisitions
Requirements:
Matric + relevant tertiary qualification with completed articles
20+ years extensive financial management experience
Proficient in introducing cost controls and cost management reporting
Strong cash flow management skills
In-depth knowledge of tax compliance
Proven asset management expertise
Proficiency in cost accounting and financial reporting
Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
Ability to lead and oversee complex financial processes
Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting
