A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial direction.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage full finance function
? Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, etc.)
? Financial reporting, budgets & cash flow
? Manage debtors, creditors & working capital
? Costing analysis & performance tracking
? Lead and manage finance team
? Oversee Syspro system and reporting
? Drive continuous improvement & cost-saving initiatives
? Stock, WIP & inventory financial control
Requirements
? Degree in Finance / Accounting
? CA(SA) advantageous
? 5+ years financial management experience
? Manufacturing / costing experience (essential)
? Syspro & advanced Excel
? Strong leadership and analytical skills
