About the Role
We are looking for high-performing, ambitious graduates to join a leading financial services organisation in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong academic records, excellent analytical ability and a genuine interest in building a career within the financial services and investment industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Science, majoring in Finance, Investments, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
GPA of 65% or above.
Matric Mathematics 60%+ or Mathematical Literacy 70%+.
No more than 2 years’ work experience.
Strong academic performance, consistency and evidence of improvement.
Achievement-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Involvement in sport, leadership, cultural or community activities.
Demonstrated initiative through activities such as entrepreneurship, tutoring or community projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Academic results will be assessed holistically, including consistency, improvement year-on-year and explanations for any failed modules, deferred examinations or changes in qualification.
