Job Summary
My client is seeking a professional and well-presented Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join their Bloemfontein office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Afrikaans and English, have strong administrative abilities and bring experience in both reception and personal assistant functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Additional qualification in Office Management or a related field will be advantageous
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant and Receptionist
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and reception area
- Operate the switchboard and welcome visitors
- Provide Personal Assistant support to all Directors as required
- Maintain office filing systems and electronic databases
- Arrange and coordinate courier services
- Manage boardroom bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
- Etc
