Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal and administrative support to the Debt Counsellor, facilitating smooth operations.
• Manage and maintain debt review documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with consumers, creditors, attorneys, and other relevant parties via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in preparing and managing court documentation, and accompany attorneys to court when necessary.
• Handle general office administration, record keeping, and confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient functioning of the debt review process.
• Manage office opening and closing procedures as required.

Duties:

• Support debt review and counselling activities with accurate documentation.
• Correspond with consumers, creditors, and legal representatives.
• Assist in court preparations and proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Perform general office duties to support team objectives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant administrative experience
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with the following:

• Debt review processes and financial documentation
• Court procedures related to debt management
