Duties:
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to expand the short-term insurance portfolio, including cold calling and client consultations
Act as the primary liaison between members and insurance providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Manage insurance claims processes to guarantee fair treatment and satisfaction for members
Oversee administrative procedures from policy inception to claims processing, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a target-driven, client-centered approach to achieve sales and service excellence
Requirements:
Residency and work in Bloemfontein
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
Willingness to travel as required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in short-term insurance
Proven sales and client relationship management skills
Strong communication and business development abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must have RE5
Registered by FSCA
Must have valid DOFA
Familiarity with the following:
Financial services industry standards
Claims management processes
