The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance department. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations
- Process journals and month-end accounting entries
- Manage debtors and creditors processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain financial controls and reporting accuracy
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Analyse financial information and provide insights to management
- Assist with process improvements and finance projects
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualification
- 3-5 years' accounting experience
- Full finance function experience essential
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Exposure to month-end and year-end processes
- Experience in any industry will be considered
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Financial Reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
