Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify cost reduction opportunities, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the plant.
- Track, analyze, and interpret key operational and financial KPIs, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap and waste levels, production uptime, cost per unit, and margin trends.
- Support business units with the processing, costing, and analysis of assemblies and manufactured products.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve efficiency and drive profitability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Cost and Management Accounting, or a related field.
- CIMA qualification or active progression towards completion.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Cost Accounting role within a manufacturing, FMCG, or production environment.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, BOM structures, inventory management, and financial reporting.
