Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyse costs, margins, variances, and overall business performance.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Monitor inventory controls, working capital performance, and costing initiatives.
- Support decision-making through financial modelling and business analysis.
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
- Minimum 3-5 years' post-article experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, consumer goods, distribution, or supply chain environments will be advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across the business.
